Devotion: A Life of Integrity<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Scripture:<\/strong> “The just man walketh in his integrity: his children are blessed after him.”<\/em> \u2014 Proverbs 20:7 (KJV)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Integrity is more than simply telling the truth. It is being the same person in private as you are in public. It means that your character does not change depending on who is watching. A person of integrity honors God whether standing before a crowd or sitting alone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

God places great value on honesty and faithfulness. Throughout Scripture, He commends those who walk uprightly and keeps His promises to those who remain faithful. While people may only see our outward actions, God sees our hearts. He desires truth in our inward being as much as in our outward conduct.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Living with integrity also builds trust and credibility. Family members, friends, coworkers, and fellow believers learn that your word can be trusted because your actions consistently match your beliefs. A reputation for integrity is not built overnight but through countless daily choices to do what is right, even when it is difficult or unnoticed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As followers of Christ, we should ask ourselves: “Am I the same person when no one is watching?” The Holy Spirit gives us the strength to live honestly and faithfully in every area of life. When we choose integrity, we reflect the character of our Savior and become a testimony of His transforming grace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prayer:<\/strong>
Heavenly Father, help me to live with integrity in every part of my life. Make me the same person in private as I am in public. Teach me to value honesty and faithfulness, and let my life build trust with those around me. May my words and actions always honor You and point others to Christ. In Jesus’ name, Amen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
